This December, the Davies & Co Real Estate Team received the prestigious Royal LePage Chairman’s Club Award – which means we are officially recognized as the top 1% of all Royal LePage REALTORS® in Canada!
When it comes to the way we do business – we have always had a few pillars in mind: to be a “people first” kind of team, and to provide our clients with the most outstanding, no BS services possible. And while client referrals are always the most rewarding – when your organization recognizes your achievements, it feels pretty good too.
What Is The Chairman's Club Award?
The National Royal LePage Chairman’s Club Award is a big deal in the Real Estate world, because it is only awarded only to the top 1% of Royal LePage Realtors in all of Canada – and is based on cold, hard numbers – either units sold (how many clients we’ve helped) or the total number of commissions (based on our sales). In our case, we were recognized for both metrics!
Given that this is a national award and our team was up against agents from places like Toronto and Vancouver, the fact that we managed to stand-out is a testament to the dedication of our team and the ongoing loyalty of our clients. This means that we have helped enough people achieve their real estate dreams to merit notice at the provincial and national level!
Out of 379 agents in the Belleville, Prince Edward County, and Quinte West areas that we serve – there are only 5 teams who have achieved the Chairman’s Club status — AND WE’RE ONE OF THEM!

We’ve seen a glimpse into our future, and it is bright. We are ecstatic about the opportunities we have lined up for 2025, and can’t wait to level up our business and meet even more wonderful people in this coming year. Here’s what’s on our agenda:
We look forward to attending an awards show this coming spring in Ottawa, where we are being honoured in person for the Chairman’s Club Award.
Following that, Jo-Anne Davies, our Team Lead, has been invited to the Chairman’s Club retreat in Argentina this summer (literally life goals!)
In the fall, we have plans to attend the Royal LePage National Conference in Nashville to converse with all our fellow Realtors – share insights into the business, and learn new strategies to be even more efficient and helpful to our clients. We cannot wait to grow our team this year – and most of all, we are excited and eager to elevate our services and serve our clients better than we ever have. Our community’s ongoing support will never cease to amaze us, and we will make sure we are deserving of it.
